Extremely durable, die cast aluminum mounting brackets mount easily onto vehicle via body mount bolts or existing frame holes. A centralized control module is installed under the hood for a direct power connection to your vehicle’s battery; each kit includes heavy grade wiring that runs through door ajar sensors, then through the sill plates after drilling. To ensure the system’s moving parts cannot be affected by mud, water, or dirt, the motors and pivot points are sealed with internal lubrication, making them weatherproof and maintenance free. The PowerStep running boards can support up to 600 pounds on each side. A textured, military-grade finish gives the step surface maximum grip, even when covered in mud, ice, snow, or rain.
