Order Return Policy
TotalZParts.com offers a 30-day return policy on all items (unless otherwise stated). Items must be returned within 30 days from the date on which your order was delivered. If an item has been damaged, altered, or used in any way, a return cannot be approved. A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the return situation. All returned items are thoroughly inspected to insure appropriate use of the return policy; return abuse will be taken seriously. If you have received an item that you believe is defective, it is important that a return request is submitted immediately, along with a full explanation and pictures verifying the defect(s).
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be returned in new, unused condition. If you are returning a defective item, you will receive a full refund once the item is inspected and confirmed to be defective. Once the item has been returned and the inspection process has been completed, the appropriate refund amount will be processed to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs will only be covered if an item arrives defective or not as described. If an item is being returned due to buyer remorse or other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs. A tracking number for your return shipment must be provided when you ship your item(s) back. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
