NOS (new old stock) pair of ignition key blanks. These have the grooves on the left side of the key; please check to make sure your Z’s keys have the grooves on the same side and that the grooves look the same.
Applicable models: Datsun 240z, 260z, 280zx (1970-1983).

Had these two blanks copied to my original 1975 Datsun 280Z key. Note that the groove orientation is critical. These are left-hand groove blanks. Also, I discovered the middle groove is wider than on my original key, and is perfectly centered. The original center groove is a bit narrower, and slightly left of center. It was still possible to make a properly working copy of my original, however, despite the apparent subtle differences between this blank, and my original. These blanks are solidly made, and while a tad pricey, it was worth it to get 2 NOS Nissan blanks. Though it’s not an identical version of my original key, it is a Nissan key, and I’m pleased with the purchase, and end result. (I see these are now out of stock. Hopefully the depleted supply is temporary.)
