Part number 885-24-246 is the FOX® 2.0 Performance Series 2-3 inch lift front reservoir shock, sold as a pair with a black-anodized CNC-machined aluminum reservoir clamp and a universal mounting bracket, engineered for 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator JT running 2-3 inches of lift.
IMPORTANT: This shock does not fit the Gladiator Mojave trim. This is the 2.0 Performance Series reservoir version of FOX®’s 2-3 inch lift front shock for the Gladiator JT. FOX® also offers this shock in a 3.5-4 inch lift configuration (part number 885-24-248) and a 4.5-6 inch lift configuration (part number 885-24-250), as well as a 2.5 Performance Series IFP/HTO front shock at this same 2-3 inch lift height, sold individually (part number 987-24-016). Confirm your intended shock series and lift height before ordering.
The aluminum-bodied FOX® 2.0 Performance Series Reservoir shock delivers race-developed damping performance in a bolt-on package. Its 2.0″ impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body dissipates heat faster than a conventional steel-body shock, and the clear-anodized finish resists corrosion over time.
The external reservoir increases oil and nitrogen capacity beyond what a standard smooth-body shock can hold, maintaining consistent damping performance on long, rough trails where heat buildup would otherwise cause fade. The included black-anodized reservoir mounting clamp and hardware are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.
A race-developed high-flow damping piston paired with application-specific valving gives this shock predictable ride quality across rough terrain. The 5/8″ shaft is hard chrome plated over heat-treated alloy steel, and a redundant sealing pack — main seal, wiper seal, and scraper seal — protects internals from dirt and moisture. FOX® backs this shock with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
