Part number 987-24-019 is the FOX® 2.5 Performance Series HTO rear shock, sold individually, engineered for 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator JT running 3.5-4 inches of lift.
IMPORTANT: This shock does not fit the Gladiator Mojave trim. This is FOX®’s 2.5 Performance Series IFP/HTO rear shock at 3.5-4 inches of lift — a different product line from the 2.0 Performance Series reservoir rear shock offered at this same lift height (part number 985-24-229). FOX® also offers this 2.5 Series rear shock in a 2-3 inch lift configuration (part number 987-24-017). Confirm your intended shock series and lift height before ordering. Product images may not exactly match shock received but will be compatible with listed vehicle.
FOX® 2.5 Performance Series shocks are engineered to deliver the benefits of a larger, 2.5-inch shock body without the complexity of a reservoir or compression adjusters — a bolt-on shock built for performance at a lower price point. A type II clear-anodized aluminum body efficiently dissipates heat and resists corrosion.
The 2.5-inch shock body features an internal floating piston (IFP) that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, optimizing damping consistency. Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology adds usable, position-sensitive rebound damping control on and off the pavement, reducing harsh top-outs and improving comfort by forcing shock oil through a secondary shim stack to slow shock shaft speed as it approaches full extension. HTO is particularly beneficial with heavier, more aggressive tires and lift heights above OEM specification.
The 5/8″ shaft is hard chrome plated over heat-treated alloy steel, and high-flow, velocity-sensitive damping is tuned for this specific application. FOX® backs this shock with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This SKU excludes the Mojave trim and is sold individually.
