FOX® 803-35-019 Billet Front Upper Control Arm pair, Orange finish, direct-replacement kit engineered specifically for the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 Raptor 4WD, includes driver-side and passenger-side arms.
IMPORTANT: This is a professional-installation part. Installation and service must be performed by a qualified service technician using a chassis lift and manufacturer torque specifications; a full front-end alignment is required after installation. This kit includes ride-height position sensor mounting brackets compatible with both driver and passenger side sensors, including CCD-equipped trucks. Wider-than-stock tires (over 12.50″ wide) on stock wheels may rub the billet arm when turning — verify tire/wheel clearance before ordering. The FOX® Billet Upper Control Arm is the first step in building a mid-travel Raptor, engineered to correct suspension geometry when the vehicle is lifted, maintain proper alignment, and maximize droop travel for additional off-road articulation. Added caster reduces high-speed wander for more confidence behind the wheel and delivers a more composed ride on rough roads and trails.
Each arm is machined from 6061 billet aluminum with laser-etched FOX® logos. The knuckle-side joint uses a 1.25″ hard chrome-plated uniball housed under a sealed, greaseable FOX® logo cap, while the frame-side joint uses a 3/4″ chromoly heim (rod end) joint. Stainless-steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts at the steering knuckle are used to ensure a precise, reliable fit through the full range of suspension travel.
Construction is backed by the FOX® Limited Lifetime Warranty on the control arm itself. Serviceable components — including the spherical bearings, rod ends, and other fabricated hardware — along with appearance and finish issues related to workmanship, carry a 12-month warranty. Damage from use and abuse is not covered.
