Part number 803-35-014 is the FOX® Billet Upper Control Arm kit in Black for 2021-2026 Ford F-150 trucks, sold as a front pair and machined from 6061 billet aluminum with 1.25″ hard chrome-plated uniballs and 3/4″ chromoly heim joints.

IMPORTANT: This is the Black finish. The identical control arm is also available in Orange under part number 803-35-015 — same construction, uniballs, heim joints, and fitment, differing only in finish color. Kit includes hardware to accommodate the OEM ride height sensor. This application does not cover F-150 Raptor — Raptor runs a different front suspension geometry and is not included in the manufacturer fitment data. FOX Upper Control Arms are the first step in building a mid-travel F-150, correcting suspension geometry for trucks running a lift or leveling kit. FOX engineers evaluated the F-150’s factory suspension geometry and optimized these arms specifically for the platform rather than adapting a universal design.

Installing these UCAs restores proper alignment after lifting the truck while maximizing droop travel for greater wheel articulation off-road. Additional caster built into the arm geometry reduces high-speed wander, improving on-road stability and steering confidence on rough pavement and trail alike.

Each arm is CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum with laser-etched FOX branding and finished in Black. The 1.25″ hard chrome-plated uniballs and 3/4″ chromoly heim joints are paired with stainless-steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts at the steering knuckle for a precise, reliable fit.
