The FOX® 803-35-000 is a Billet Upper Control Arm kit in Black, a direct-replacement front upper control arm pair engineered for 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra 4WD and 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia 4WD.
IMPORTANT: FOX’s install guide notes that wider-than-stock tires mounted on stock wheels may rub the Billet UCA during turning — check wheel/tire clearance before installation if running a non-stock wheel and tire combination. FOX direct-replacement UCAs should always be installed as a set. This kit includes the driver and passenger side upper control arms only; it does not include shocks or coilovers. Sold as a pair.
FOX Billet Upper Control Arms are considered the first step in building a mid-travel truck, unlocking additional off-road capability through tough terrain. FOX engineers evaluated the suspension geometry of the Tundra and Sequoia platforms and optimized these arms specifically for the intended vehicles.
The UCAs provide the geometry correction needed when lifting the vehicle, helping maintain proper alignment while maximizing droop travel for greater articulation off-road. Additional caster built into the arm reduces high-speed wander for more confidence behind the wheel, while still delivering a comfortable ride on rough roads and trails.
Each arm is machined from 6061 billet aluminum with laser-etched FOX logos and finished in Black. The design uses a 1.25in hard chrome-plated uniball at the frame-side pivot and a 3/4in chromoly heim joint at the outer end, with stainless-steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts at the steering knuckle for a precise, reliable fit. FOX backs the Billet Upper Control Arms with a limited lifetime warranty; serviceable components (spherical bearings, rod ends, other fabricated hardware) and appearance/finish issues are covered for 12 months.
