Description
HKS Legamax Premium Cat-Back 31021-AN010 Exhaust for 2009+ Nissan GTR. This is the TIG welded version (FLUX welded version listed separately). Features a full 3″ mandrel bent, stainless steel design with dual titanium-style 119mm tips. Direct bolt-on system. Runs at only 1db louder than stock exhaust (for a louder version, see the race exhaust, which is listed separately).
Flux vs. TIG welded version: TIG welding provides a strong bond than Flux welding. Primarily, the choice between the two is a matter of cosmetic preference. Flux welds tend to show a rougher bead appearance, whereas TIG welds produce smooth un-beaded weld look.
The GT-R Legamax Exhaust systems include just the rear half of the exhaust system, or the cat-back half. It does not include the center section to complete the exhaust; we have the non-silenced and silenced center pipes listed separately. Please double check stock before adding a center pipe to your order.
Important Note: 2017 & newer GTR’s have a valvetronic attachment bolted to the driver’s side of the factory exhaust; this attachment must be removed & reinstalled underneath the car with the sensor connected in order to avoid a check engine light once the aftermarket exhaust is installed. You will need to drill out the bolts attaching this valve to the driver’s side of the factory exhaust, since they are welded in place from the factory.
Remarks:
Not applicable to GT-R Nismo. Vehicles released after 2010/11 require modification of the stock aluminum air guide plate.

Diameter of center pipe is the portion that has the largest diameter. (Excluding silencer and tip.) It is the condition with stock suspension.
*4: Minimum road clearance between HKS muffler (Any parts included in the kit) and road surface. Therefore, it may be different from actual road clearance of the vehicle.
The data is basically the condition with stock suspension. However, please understand that some items have data with low down spring or ride height adjustable suspension kit.
