The FOX® 883-31-000 is a Performance Elite Series 2.0 coilover reservoir shock kit with independent Low-Speed Compression (LSC) and Low-Speed Rebound (LSR) adjustability, covering the front and rear positions on 2014-2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 models.
IMPORTANT: This kit is designed around a vehicle ride height drop of .75″-1.5″ per FOX specifications. It is engineered specifically for the C7-generation Corvette (2014-2019) and is not interchangeable with FOX® part number 883-32-009, which is built for the earlier C5/C6-generation Corvette (1997-2013) and uses a different series-level tune and bearing configuration. Confirm your Corvette’s generation before ordering.
The C7 Corvette delivers strong performance from the factory along with a deep aftermarket catalog, making it a natural platform to configure into a dedicated track car or a performance-oriented daily driver. The FOX® Performance Elite Series 2.0 coilover kit is built to dramatically improve the car’s handling and driver confidence in either role.
Each shock uses a 2.0″ impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body with TYPE III hard anodization to resist corrosion and wear. External reservoirs increase oil capacity and reduce the harshness associated with nitrogen ramp-up, while a redundant sealing pack system (main seal, wiper seal, scraper seal) protects against contamination and fluid loss over the life of the shock.
FOX® ride engineers tested this kit extensively on the C7 Corvette, tracking and street-driving the car to optimize shock valving for a range of driving conditions. The LSC adjuster dials in steering response and stability through transitions, while the LSR adjuster improves handling feedback and slow-speed driving comfort, letting the owner fine-tune the ride from track-focused to street-comfortable. Shafts are 5/8″ hard chromed steel for smooth, consistent damper action, and each reservoir uses an internal floating piston to maintain consistent damping performance under sustained hard use. FOX® suspension products are backed by the manufacturer’s suspension product warranty.

This kit is built for the C7-generation Chevrolet Corvette across model years 2014 through 2019, covering all submodels, drivetrains, and engine configurations for that generation, front and rear. It features a .75″-1.5″ ride height drop and independent LSC/LSR external-reservoir tuning specific to the Performance Elite Series. This is a C7-specific application — it is not the same kit as FOX® 883-32-009, which covers the C5/C6-generation Corvette (1997-2013) and does not include the same adjustability or reservoir configuration.
