The FOX® 803-35-007 Billet Front Upper Control Arm kit is a driver-side and passenger-side pair of 6061 billet aluminum UCAs in Orange for the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma, Land Cruiser LC250, Lexus GX550, and 2025+ 4Runner, built to correct alignment and maximize droop travel on lifted applications.
IMPORTANT: This kit ships as a matched pair (one driver-side, one passenger-side arm) and should always be installed as a set for maximum performance. Vehicles running a stock wheel with 285/70R17 tires (or anything wider) may experience tire rub on the billet UCA when turning — check wheel/tire clearance before installation. A wheel alignment to FOX®’s specified camber, caster, and toe values is required after installation.
The Upper Control Arm (UCA) is considered the first step when building a mid-travel truck, unlocking additional off-road capability through tough terrain. FOX®’s engineers evaluated suspension geometry specifically for this platform, and each arm is CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum with laser-etched logos for a precise, application-specific fit.
FOX® UCAs provide the correction needed when lifting the vehicle to maintain proper alignment, while maximizing droop travel for greater articulation off-road. Additional caster helps reduce high-speed wander for more confidence behind the wheel, and the design delivers a noticeably more comfortable ride on rougher roads and trails compared to the factory arm.
Each arm uses 1.25″ hard chrome-plated uniballs and 3/4″ chromoly heim joints, with stainless-steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts at the steering knuckle for a reliable, precise fit. FOX® backs the Billet Upper Control Arms with a limited lifetime warranty; serviceable components (spherical bearings, rod ends, other fabricated hardware) and appearance/finish issues are covered for twelve months.

This is the Orange finish (803-35-007) — the identical arm is also offered in Black as part number 803-35-006.
