FOX® part number 803-35-009 is a billet aluminum front upper control arm, finished in orange, engineered for 2019-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD, 2019-2026 GMC Sierra 1500, and 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited applications, built around 1.25″ hard chrome-plated uniballs and 3/4″ chromoly heim joints.
IMPORTANT: This control arm does not fit models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control. OE tires and wheels may rub the billet FOX® UCA during full suspension travel — refer to the FOX® owner’s manual for further fitment details. The control arm itself is covered by a lifetime warranty, but spherical bearings, rod ends, and other serviceable hardware, along with appearance and finish, are covered under a separate twelve (12) month warranty.
FOX® Upper Control Arms are the recommended first step when building a mid-travel truck, unlocking additional off-road capability through tough terrain. This billet arm is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with laser-etched FOX® logos, replacing the factory stamped-steel arm with a stronger, purpose-built design.
FOX® engineers evaluated suspension geometry specific to this platform to optimize the arm’s correction angle when the vehicle is lifted, maintaining proper alignment while maximizing droop travel for increased articulation off-road. Additional caster built into the arm helps reduce wander at highway speed for more confidence behind the wheel, along with a more comfortable, controlled ride on rough roads and trails.
The arm uses a 1.25″ hard chrome-plated uniball at the outer pivot and a 3/4″ chromoly heim joint, with stainless steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts at the steering knuckle for a precise, reliable fit. FOX® backs the arm with a lifetime warranty on the arm itself; serviceable components (spherical bearings, rod ends) and finish/appearance are covered for twelve (12) months.
