Part number 883-02-155 is the FOX® 2.0 Factory Series rear bump stop set with Internal Floating Piston (IFP), fitting 2007–2017 Jeep Wrangler and 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models, sold as a pair for rear applications.
IMPORTANT: Modifications are required for installation, per FOX. This is the rear-position bump stop only — the matching front bump stop is sold separately under part number 883-02-154 and is not included in this kit.
FOX’s 2.0 Factory Series bump stop is designed to control the last few inches of suspension travel, preventing harsh bottom-outs while allowing the suspension to use its full available travel. The threaded body construction lets the mounting height be adjusted to fine-tune exactly when the bump stop engages during up-travel.
An Internal Floating Piston (IFP) inside the shaft separates the oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas, preventing cavitation and bucking under repeated hits. A negative coil spring softens initial impact and harsh top-outs, and the integrated FOX Air Valve (FAV) is positioned at the bottom of the shaft for easy access, protected by a replaceable strike pad.
The body is threaded, impact-extruded, black-anodized, CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, chosen for faster heat dissipation than steel. The shaft is hard chrome-plated 1-1/4″ 4130 steel. FOX backs this bump stop set with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This bump stop is engineered for the rear of 2007–2017 Jeep Wrangler and 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models at any lift height. This SKU covers the rear position only — the front bump stop for this same platform is a separate part number, 883-02-154, and is not included with this purchase.
