The FOX® 2.0 Performance Series Front IFP Coilover Shock (985-02-157) is a bolt-on 2.0″ front coilover providing 0″-2.25″ of front lift on 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner, 2024-2026 Lexus GX550, and 2024-2026 Toyota Land Cruiser (250 Series).
IMPORTANT: This is the 2.0″ body Performance Series coilover for the current-generation 4Runner/GX550/Land Cruiser 250 platform. FOX® also offers a larger-diameter 2.5″ Performance Series coilover for these same trucks — part 987-02-015 (standard tune) or part 987-02-016 (HD Tune, designed for heavy payload applications) — which use a larger shock body and different valving. Confirm which series matches your build before ordering, as these are not interchangeable.
Our bolt-on, Performance Series coilover IFP shock is loaded with advanced technology that sets it apart from a stock unit. The precision, metal impact-extruded aluminum body increases cooling capacity and resists rust, and the vehicle-specific upper mount includes a composite bushing that isolates noise and vibration from the cabin.
Locking spring preload rings allow easy ride-height and preload adjustment while retaining a top-quality racing coil selected to deliver the optimal spring rate for this platform. This coilover bolts on with no modifications and is designed to level the truck front-to-rear.
Inside, an internal reservoir with Internal Floating Piston (IFP) monotube design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. This eliminates oil aeration, allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned, precision valving on-road and off-road. FOX® backs this shock with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
