The FOX® 985-62-013 is a 2.0 Performance Series Front Coil-Over Snap Ring IFP Shock, a front-position, bolt-on unit for 0-2.5in of lift, fitting 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD models.
IMPORTANT: This Snap Ring shock reuses your stock spring and mounting hardware. A direct bolt-on coilover version of this same application is also available under FOX® part number 985-02-146; note that 985-02-146 is not recommended for Hybrid or Tremor submodels — confirm which configuration and submodel compatibility fits your truck before ordering. This Performance Series 2.0 Coil-Over Snap Ring IFP shock is a bolt-on solution built around a new custom-molded spring seat, letting you reuse your stock spring and mounting hardware while still delivering strong on- and off-road performance at a more affordable price point than a full coilover conversion. The precision, impact-extruded aluminum body keeps weight down while resisting rust.
Inside, an internal nitrogen-charged gas reservoir is contained by an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) that keeps the pressurized gas fully separated from the shock oil — preventing the oil aeration possible with a stock twin-tube shock and letting the factory-tuned, precision valving perform consistently.
Three predetermined preload settings give you a choice of 0in, 1in, or 2in of lift from the same shock, up to 2.5in of total lift capability for this application. Every FOX® shock is fully serviceable and re-valveable, and this unit carries FOX®’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.
