The FOX® 883-26-006 is a 2.5 Factory Race Series rear reservoir shock pair with a Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster, engineered for 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra trucks running 0 to 1.5 inches of rear lift.
IMPORTANT: This SKU is built specifically for 0-1.5in of rear lift and is not interchangeable with FOX Performance Elite Series rear shocks for the same lift range (883-26-117), which use a different body construction and valving. Confirm your lift height before ordering, as installing a shock valved for the wrong lift range will affect ride height and damping performance. FOX direct-replacement shocks should always be installed as a matched set. Sold as a pair (2 shocks).
FOX Factory Race Series 2.5 Reservoir shocks bring race-proven technology to a bolt-on rear shock upgrade for the Tundra. Derived from FOX’s off-road race shock program, these shocks are built to improve ride quality and control both on and off pavement, whether the truck is running stock height or a mild rear lift.
A 2.5in smooth-bore external reservoir increases oil and nitrogen capacity over a standard shock body, reducing heat buildup and fade during sustained off-road use. Each shock is equipped with a Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster, allowing independent tuning of low-speed and high-speed compression damping to match load, terrain, and driving style.
The shock body and reservoir use a smooth-bore, zinc-plated seamless steel construction with black-anodized CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum end components. The shaft is a 7/8in hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft for wear and corrosion resistance. FOX suspension products carry FOX’s standard one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
