The FOX® 883-26-112 2.5 Performance Elite Rear Reservoir Shock Pair provides 0-1.5in. of rear lift for 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD trucks equipped with 6-lug wheels, using external reservoirs with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters for on- and off-road tuning. The set includes two complete rear shocks.

FOX® Performance Elite Series shocks improve the stock Tacoma platform by eliminating the vehicle’s forward rake, providing a level ride height without hindering droop travel, and increasing suspension articulation. Type III anodization on the 2.5″ aluminum body prevents corrosion and wear over time.
The external reservoir efficiently dissipates heat by increasing internal oil capacity, so the shock stays cooler and performs consistently longer. The reservoir’s Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster is strategically mounted to avoid interference with aggressive tires at full lock, letting the driver quickly adapt damping for load, environment, and driving style using the high-flow piston design.
Construction includes a 2.5″ impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 hard-anodized aluminum body, black-anodized CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum components, a 7/8″ hard chrome-plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, application-specific valving, and PTFE-lined heat-treated spherical bearings. A redundant sealing pack system (main seal, wiper seal, scraper seal) protects internal components. FOX® backs this shock with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
